Grapefruit Mango Immune Booster
The past couple of days, I’ve been itching for a good healthy juice. I’ve had this book called “100 Best Juices, Smoothies, and Healthy Snacks” for a year now, so I figured that there’s no better time than now to finally use it.
This week, I decided to try out the Grapefruit Mango Immune Booster recipe which consist of 4 very simple ingredients: 1 cup of mango, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup of pineapple, and 1 cup of water.
When I was younger, I never really cared about what I put into my body (I guess most of us were the same way). But today, it gives me so much joy when I’m actually able to pronounce and understand every single ingredient I’m eating.
